Founded and led by Satish Menon, the practice brings over 25 years of experience across the UAE and India, spanning real estate investments, asset management, mortgage finance, and structured financial advisory. Over the course of his career, Satish has been involved in managing and structuring portfolios exceeding AED 2.5 billion in assets, covering more than 1,500 properties.

Satish Menon is a senior real estate finance and investment professional with over 25 years of experience across the UAE and India. His professional background spans real estate investments, mortgage finance, asset management, and structured financial advisory.


Over the course of his career, he has been involved in structuring and overseeing real estate portfolios exceeding AED 2.5 billion in assets, covering more than 1,500 properties.


Satish has held senior roles across financial institutions and investment platforms, including Amlak Finance PJSC, RAKBANK, Greenland Capital Properties, and other financial and corporate organizations, before establishing Menon Strategic & Financial Advisory as a principal-led specialist practice.


His work focuses on real estate project feasibility, bank-ready DPR preparation, capital structuring, and funding-aligned financial documentation.
